We ship worldwide using Canada Post.
Packages are processed for shipping within 1-5 business days from the date you placed your order. A tracking number will be attached to your shipping confirmation email informing you that your package has been shipped.
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (Canada Post) to open a missing package claim with them. They will better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please verify that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address you are submitting is accurate as it cannot be changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be canceled.
